There are several aged widows and aged men who have none to look after and who have no social security facilities in India. The Home is equipped with beds, blankets, and dress and health checkup and also they were provided food and accommodation.
Mercy Hospital
Health is the main problem in India. The Organisation has provided separate building for Hospital with 10-bed ward, and one Minor operation Theater. One qualified doctor and two nurses are working in this hospital for a daily checkup of the Elim Home children, school children, Day care school children every day. In addition to the children the Mercy Hospital is also catering to the needs of the poor people from surrounding areas by providing medicines free of cost.
The mercy hospital is also conducting medical camps in the villages, and it is also serves to give training to girl nurses.
Further this organization is intended to start AIDS research centre, Cancer Institute at free of cost in different places in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka States and also studio clinics for maternity and emergency cases in rural places and have a major hospital at District Head Quarters at free of cost for the needy people.
Help to the Lepers
Our organization is extending help to the leprosy center at Peddapuram by providing drinking water facility, medical facilities, providing cloths and monthly financial help to their family needs.
Rural Water Distribution Scheme
Our organization has identified the villages where there is no protected water distribution. Our organization is constructing Over Head Water Tanks for 20,000 lts. Capacity and distributing the water through pipes. And also we have mobile water tank to provide drinking water where there is no facility to construct water tanks especially during summer season.
Help during Natural Calamities:
For every Natural disaster that took place in the following states from time to time and then our Church of Christ and Social Service Organisation rushes by carrying the blankets, food, medicines, clothes multipurpose useful utensils and provide rehabilitation materials etc.,
Latoor Earth Quake in Maharastra state, Bhoj Earth Quake in Gujarat state, Typhoon disaster in Orissa state, Tsunami Tidal waves disaster in Cadalore, Nagapatnam and in Chennai and Fire accidents in East and West Godavari districts and in Konaseema areas In Andhra Pradesh state.
